1. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Fair Future Study Abroad Election Campaign (the "Campaign") is open to individuals who are currently enrolled in, or are aspiring to pursue, higher education at a recognised institution abroad, subject to all conditions set out in this document.

To be eligible, a participant must:

• › Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• › Be enrolled in a foreign university for a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with the application processed through Fair Future only (at the time of announcement).
• › Not be an employee, associate, contractor, or an immediate family member of an employee or associate of the organising entity.

Participant eligibility is subject to verification through a telephonic validation process conducted by the organising team. Should a participant be found, upon such assessment, to be non-compliant with the prescribed eligibility criteria, the submitted vote may be deemed ineligible and the participant may be excluded from the lucky draw at the sole discretion of management.

Participation in the Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign shall run for the duration officially announced by the organisers across authorised communication channels. The organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to extend, modify, suspend, or conclude the Campaign at any time.

3. PRIZE STRUCTURE & ALLOCATION

The following prizes are available under this Campaign, subject to availability and the specific conditions applicable to each category. Prizes worth 81,00,000 INR is to be won and the candidates are selected via a transparent process.

4. PRIZE REDEMPTION

All prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless explicitly permitted by the organisers in writing.

Winners must redeem their prizes within the validity period communicated at the time of award. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The Luxury Caravan Airport Drop service is contingent upon geographic availability, scheduling constraints, and operational feasibility.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected through a process determined by the organisers, which may include a combination of eligibility verification, merit assessment, and/or a random draw.

Shortlisted participants will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of registration. The organisers shall bear no responsibility for missed notifications arising from incorrect contact information.

6. DATA PRIVACY & CONSENT

By participating in this Campaign, participants provide informed consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data for the purposes of Campaign administration and related communications.

Personal data will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties and shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with participation in this Campaign, including technical failures or disruptions beyond their control.

The organisers' decision in all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.

8. AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW

The organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

This Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
